I prepare both mine and my husband's lunch every morning before we go out to work and sometimes I sneak in a little note in my husband's lunch box, and I know that despite the first embarassment in front of his colleagues, he really does appreciate the surprise. Who does not like being looked after?! I always think it's the little, unexpected things that count the most.

Friday Rocks - Free Photographic Scavanger Hunt

Hello everyone and happy Friday! Hope you are all well!
This week's freebie is a photo scavanger hunt...I have to be honest, I had never heard about a scanvanger hunt before until, while searching for wedding ideas for a friend, I stumbled across it...it's a list of things to find, like "a white dress" or even "a couple kissing" and once you found them your mission is to take a picture of it...I think it's such a great idea, why not create different ones for each table, scatter some disposable cameras around and let your guests go wild, then enjoy the funny snaps afterwards! It's also a clever game to keep the little ones busy :-)

Good morning all and happy Friday! I am having a bit of a change of heart about my 2 weekly posts, I thought Freebie Rocks would fit better as a title, what do you think? You can also follow my Pinterest board which goes by the same name here. There will be changes to my Monday's post, too, watch this space! Though you probably guessed already...gosh, am I getting so predictable?! Oh well, never mind!

Freebie Friday - Digital Wallpaper

Morning All! It's a lovely frosty morning here at Ilaria Rocks HQ :-)
How is January treating you? I know it's a new year and all that, but I say...don't get yourself all worked up in the pressure of a new start, new job, new life...take it easy, don't put yourself under  too much pressure and if you want something new happening in your life, well, just do it when you are ready, not just because it's January! That's my approach, anyway.


One thing I love though is getting organized with a new diary (got a lovely Impressionism themed one for my birthday!), new calendar ( I am fishing for a Gorjuss one, if there are any left!) and I have also started using desktop wallpaper for my laptop that have a calendar on and some pretty pattern and pictures.
